We are a non-profit organization called YoFa - short for Youth Factor. Here, we work on projects that explore exciting, novel ways to engage youth in contributing towards social change.

We launched our first initiative in October '08 - a Fellowship Program called Grassroutes - Think of a bunch of youth on a road-trip to discover changemakers across India, bringing back stories of inspiration, and doing their bit to spread the change.

All of us are in our early 20’s, just out of college and we believe that we are here to create a few dents in the universe. If you think likewise, hop on. Let's go change the world.
